Servicing and Maintenance of Stairlifts/Platform/Through Floor lifts/Hoists and Bath Cushions
      
      The contract shall comprise of the inspection, servicing, maintenance, remediation, provision of callout service and when required, replacement or new installations at Curo sites along with other external sites within Curo's remit.
      
      The servicing and maintenance programme covers the following assets across Curo's housing stock: 
      
      o Domestic Stairlifts
      o Communal Stairlifts
      o Through Floor Lifts
      o Platform Lifts
      o Hoist adjustable baths
      o Lifting cushions
      
      The contract term will be for an initial period of 3 years.
      
      Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until.
      
      Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. 
      
      Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`). If after this time you have not received your email advising the tender documents have been published to the secure area, then contact the Procurement Team by sending a message through the correspondence function. An email will be sent to the `Publish Email` address supplied at registration when the documents have been published. Facilities Management Services including TUPE

St Gregory's Catholic College ("the Authority") seeks to appoint an experienced Facilities-Management (FM) partner to deliver an integrated hard- and soft-FM service across the College's estate in Bath (postcode BA2 8PA). The successful contractor will assume single-point responsibility for statutory compliance, reactive and planned maintenance, staff management and value-for-money service delivery, in line with the Procurement Act 2023 light-touch regime for above-threshold services.
