Description

Installation and upgrade to our solar PV systems at our Bispham and Fleetwood campuses across 14 buildings and 28 roof spaces. 

Solar PV array to include the following in line with the subsequent specification: 

- Supply and installation of PV system including mounting
- Arranging AC connection points for PV system
- PV mounting system
- PV modules
- PV inverters
- AC cables & isolators
- DC cables & isolators
- 3 phase MCB & AC cable
- Feed-in tariff metering
- Commissioning testing and handover documentation
- Systems warranty (see award criteria)

The Guinness Partnership Limited are intending to enter into contract with regional contractors to deliver its Planned Investment and Major Works programmes for our portfolio of properties over a period of up to 15 years in length. The contracts will be divided into the following geographical regions - - North West and Greater Manchester - Yorkshire, Humberside, East Midlands - Home Counties - South East & Coast and Greater London - South West The properties in these areas cover a mix of general needs, supported housing and leaseholder/shared ownership properties, and are a mixture of archetypes but mostly flats and houses. The Guinness Partnership Limited is conducting this procurement on behalf of itself and all of its group entities including, but not limited to, Shepherds Bush Housing Association and any further group entities referenced in the procurement documents. Appointed contractors in each of the regions will be required to carry out planned investment works that will include, but not be limited to, kitchen and bathroom replacements, roofing repairs and renewals, electrical works, external and internal decorations, structural repairs, window replacements and repairs, de-carbonisation, sustainability and retrofit works, disrepair works, large reactive repairs and major voids, and building and fire safety works. Design and Construction of 20 MWp Grazeley Solar Farm in West Berkshire

Supplier Briefing Event - Friday 8th November on Teams at 11am - 12.30pm.Please register on our procurement portal (https://in-tendhost.co.uk/westberks/aspx/Home) and send a message through the portal to confirm your attendance. The Council are seeking EPC (Engineer Procure and Construct) proposals for the turn-key design, installation and commissioning of the 20 MWp Solar Farm in West Berkshire. The Contractor’s scope will include all works required to deliver a fully compliant, safe, efficient and working installation. This Procurement will seek to pre-qualify capable and interested organisations and then evaluate shortlisted Supplier bids, including technical and commercial proposals, in order to award a contract to a single preferred Supplier.

Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Supply of Solar Panels

Scottish Water is looking to engage with potential Suppliers of Solar Panels through the use of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). This process will include Suppliers evidencing the minimum requirements which is set out within the tender documentation to be successfully admitted to the DPS. This DPS will support the sourcing of a supply chain for solar panels which are aligned to Scottish Waters strategic objectives. This includes the verification and review of the names and location of the proposed supply chain down to raw material level, due diligence conducted on the supply chain and traceability and segregation protocols to ensure the ethical sourcing of the proposed Solar Panels. This purchase of the solar panels may be completed by either Scottish Water, Scottish Water Horizons, or approved Framework suppliers.
