Description

The NHS Long Term Plan describes a: "new community-based offer [that] will include access to psychological therapies, improved physical health care, employment support, personalised and trauma-informed care, medicines management and support for self harm and coexisting substance use... and proactive work to address racial disparities." Local areas will be: "supported to redesign and reorganise core community mental health teams to move towards a new place-based, multidisciplinary service across health and social care aligned with primary care networks."

In support of this objective, Buckinghamshire Community Mental Health Framework Programme intends to commission an evaluation.. This will focus on the core Community Mental Health model transformation and also the development of new pathways for eating disorder, personality disorder and rehabilitation. The evaluation will assess the success of each pathway. The evaluation is over two years from April 2022 to March 2024. NB These latter dates over which the evaluation was originally envisaged to take place have been amended (see below).

Research On Training Routes From Education To Employment

The current skills provision in both the film and High-End Television (HETV) industries (sometimes referred to as 'physical' production) and digital content production sectors (including animation, post-production, video games, visual effects (VFX), virtual production and Artificial Intelligence (AI) has varying levels of suitability to meet the demand for current and future skills and job roles. Due to a disconnect between industry and formal training routes, courses delivered by Further Education Institutions (FEIs) and Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are often seen as being too generic in their focus and with insufficient signposting of career opportunities and occupational need. The aim of this study is to analyse and understand the barriers that restrict the digital content production (animation, post-production, visual effects, virtual production, and artificial intelligence) sectors' ability to engage effectively with technical training and skills routes, and to recommend key opportunities for the sector to benefit from effective bridging programmes. The study scope will be split into two stages, with the first stage focusing on the animation, post-production, visual effects, virtual production, and artificial intelligence (AI) sectors, and the second stage (if awarded) focusing on the video games sector. Both stages are included in the research scope within this invitation to tender. We will expect the supplier to undertake the two stages sequentially and to produce separate reports for each stage. Additional information: To take part in this tender, please visit our website, at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/bfi/aspx/Tenders/Current , where you will need to register, if you haven't already, and express an interest in this opportunity to access the relevant documents.
