Description

Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire & West Berkshire (BOB) Integrated Care Board (ICB) have awarded a Digital Mental Health Support Service for Young People in Berkshire West.
The commissioner sought an experienced provider who will deliver a service to young people who live or go to school in Berkshire West aged 11-17 years (up to the 18th birthday). The
service will adopt a no wrong door policy. Any young person under the age of 11 years (not yet had their 11th birthday) or aged 18 years and over will be signposted to more appropriate
services.
The contract term will be for an initial term of one year, with an option to extend for a further three years in one year increments at the sole discretion of the Commissioner and subject to
funding being made available.
The Commissioner has a maximum budget of £140,000 per annum and a total contract value of £560,000.
Services are scheduled to commence on 1 July 2023 for an initial period of one year with the option to extend for a further three years (1+1+1).
This procurement is being carried out by NHS South, Central and West Commissioning Support Unit (SCW) on behalf of the Commissioners.

Harrogate Court Extra Care Scheme

The City of Doncaster Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider to deliver care and support to tenants of Harrogate Court along with housing related and general wellbeing support and a community hub, providing a high quality service at all times. Care and support packages will be delivered in line with assessed need. It will be a 24/7 service including first response. The contract will be for a period of five years with the option to extend for a further five 12 month periods. Harrogate Court is a 50-bed apartment extra care scheme, for People aged 55 and over. The scheme has 21 one-bedroom apartments and 29 two-bedroom apartments. All apartments are for rent. (There is also a communal lounge, laundry room, hairdresser, restaurant , shop and guest room. It is a requirement of this contract that you hold a CQC rating of good or above from the start and for the duration of this contract. Harrogate Court is not currently registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), on contract award the successful provider must commence the CQC registration process. Until the service and manager are both registered with CQC, the successful provider must ensure that the service is overseen by a registered manager or CQC nominated individual, to provide consistent support to the manager. The nominated individual or registered manager designated must currently be responsible for a care service which is currently rated as ‘Good ‘or above with CQC.
