EoECPH wishes to provide support to the NHS and the wider arena of publicly funded services with the provision of innovative learning methods and support services to assist them in meeting system challenges they face, both now and in the future. The purpose of this procurement is to secure service providers, to help upskill individuals who will through a multitude of small actions and changes by them help bring about osmosis within public service provision, which could in best case scenario help to bring equilibrium to pressured parts of the system and bring change and vibrancy to service provision.
Services Skills and Abilities
EOECPH is interested in partnering for this framework with organisations which can demonstrate and evidence the following key characteristics and capabilities, as may be applicable and where so indicated by the Lot requirements:
• Knowledge Transfer
• Embedding if required by the Beneficiary
• Practical leaning and skills sets for an individual with application in their workplace
• Training and delivery - various methodologies & mediums
• Ability to provide a commercial offer that represents good value for money for the Beneficiaries
• Successful marketing and service uptake in a similar environment and/or projects
• Ability to engage with different types of organisations e.g. government, councils, clinicians, health, and social care professionals etc
• Suitable, relevant experience of working with different strata's of a workforce including management, senior leaders or other key stakeholders to ensure cultural change within an organisation.
EoECPH is looking for Providers to work collaboratively with the Hub, and who will be able to provide in-depth support both in terms of practical "hands-on" application of delivery of services as well as supporting the Beneficiaries through training various training mediums to develop in-house skills and upskill individuals. Providers will be able to identify where they are registered or accredited to help support direct award along with any accreditations that in turn their training courses/provision provide to individuals, such as but not limited to:
• Higher education
o MBA's
o Post Graduate Cert
• Charted Institute status
• Continuous Professional Development
o Credits to support individuals / existing qualifications

ID 5449059 - Invest NI - Graduate to Export Development programme

Invest NI’s Graduate to Export Development Programme (G2E Programme) launched in February 2019, and targets SMEs in Northern Ireland to help expand their business internationally with the assistance of a supported graduate.  As part of the programme, participating companies will develop their international business capabilities, gained from having a dedicated market research resource and on completion of the graduate intervention, they will have an export development / market entry plan for their chosen market.  The Programme, in turn, will provide graduates with a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and business skills in international business development in addition to obtain academic qualifications.   Invest NI is seeking to engage a Contractor for the development, delivery, and management of future G2E cohorts with an anticipated launch date of March/April 2025.  The Contractor shall design and deliver a Post Graduate Diploma for participating graduates which will have a commercial focus and a meaningful accreditation focusing on global best practice in international business development.    The Contractor shall also work with the participating companies to assist them develop / refine their market research projects and oversee their execution by the programme graduates.  The completion of these projects by the graduates should be a prerequisite of academic accreditation.  The G2E Programme will comprise of up to 3 cohorts of 201 graduates per cohort all of whom are employed by Invest NI client companies (primarily SME’s).  It is anticipated that the contract will be for an initial period of 5 years with each cohort lasting 18 months. Invest NI reserve the option to extend the contract for a further period of 12 months. Each cohort is subject to budgetary approval and to satisfactory Contractor performance.
