Description

Translink” is establishing a Framework for the provision of Fencing and Boundary Works to support the delivery of Translink’s programme of capital and maintenance works.Translink is a trading name used by any one or more of the companies under the ultimate ownership of the Northern Ireland Transport Holding Company (NITHC). Translink wish to appoint eight (8) Suppliers onto the Framework, split across two Lots (excluding ties or instances where Suppliers occupy a position on each Lot). It is anticipated that for each Lot there will be three (3) Suppliers on an Active List (one Primary and two Secondary) with the remaining one (1) Supplier on a Reserve List. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough on the eTendersNI Homepage. No other method of submission will be accepted.

Roof Safe Access Specialist Contractor

The NHM intends to create a Framework Agreement for the Design and Build of roof access safety systems over a period of 3 years, with two optional extensions of 1 year + 1 year. The Framework Agreement will include the ability to call off for a pre-construction services agreement (PCSA) and a JCT Design and Build Contract to deliver construction of the roof access system. Due to funding restrictions, only work in FY2526 is guaranteed and all works must be completed by March 2026. Subject to funding availability in future years and satisfactory performance in the current years' contracts, the NHM will call off on the PCSA and JCT Design and Build Contract for subsequent year's works. To access the documents for this tender exercise, all tenderers will be required to sign an NDA and return this to the Museum for counter signature. The NDA must be signed by an authorised signatory on behalf of the company and returned to the Museum via the Message Centre of the SQ Stage.
