Description

University Hospital Southampton NHS Foundation Trust (the “Trust”) invites tenders for organisations to participate in a 48-month Agreement (‘the Framework Agreement’). The Framework Agreement will be used by the Trust and may also be used by other organisations (“Eligible Bodies”) located in the United Kingdom, lists of all Eligible Bodies can be found in the tender documentation. The Tender and subsequent agreement consists of two lots: Lot 1: Residual Based Lease Facilities Lot 2: Non-Residual Based Lease Facilities Link Group (Link), a major provider of advisory services to the UK public sector, intends to use this Framework Agreement to enable its clients to procure leasing facilities. Link will therefore provide details of the Framework Agreement and market the Framework Agreement to its clients. Bidders can bid on one or more lots. It is envisaged that a maximum of 50 economic operators (the Suppliers) will be awarded a position on the Framework Agreement in total.

Sterile Services and Endoscopy Decontamination Facility Solutions Framework

Some NHS organisations have out of date Sterile Services and/or Endoscopy Decontamination Departments. In order to maintain compliant services, NHS organisations either need to outsource these services or invest in the development of new facilities. This Framework will offer a solution for NHS organisations (Participating Authorities) wishing to invest in the development of new facilities. The Framework will allow NHS organisations to procure a Supplier who can design, build and equip a Sterile Services or Endoscopy Decontamination facility and subsequently maintain the facility and its equipment under a managed service contract. The new facility could be new build, modular or fit out, and could be located on site, or off site depending on client requirements. The Supplier may provide finance to the NHS organisation for the design, build and equip of the facility. The Framework will be offered in four Lots Lot 1 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services Facility. Lot 2 - Design, Build, Equip and Maintain a Sterile Services with Design, Build, Equipment and ongoing provision of appropriate facilities management financed by the Supplier. Vehicles and associated supplies & services

Flagship Group is setting up a DPS for vehicles and associated supplies and services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.
