Description

Northumbria Police will lead the procurement exercise on behalf of the following collaborative partners; Durham Constabulary, Cleveland Police, North East Ambulance Service (NEAS) and Cleveland Fire Brigade.
The Customer is looking to procure a complete Waste Disposal Service, which will not only remove waste from the Customer’s sites but focus on helping the Customers to increase recycling levels, sustainable practices and embed best practice when it comes to waste.
The Customers wish to appoint a single Contractor with the view of developing a partnership in order to produce a successful Contract for all parties involved.

HEART are looking to appoint a single Supplier who will offer the best value for money, demonstrate technical competency and deliver all Waste Management Services requirements as stated in the specification.
