Description

We are seeking to procure a supplier to develop an electronic Case Management System (CMS) to support the management of Fitness to Practise (FtP) cases by our Regulatory Operations directorate. The CMS must cover all areas of the FtP process.
We have developed a working list of needs (Annex A to the Expression of Interest document), but we stress that this is not a specification document (more detailed specifications of our requirements will be provided within the pack at the full tender stage of the procurement process). This working list is provided at this stage to help you to understand the extent of our CMS requirements, so that you can decide whether to express an interest.

Swindon Borough Council (SBC) wishes to invite expressions of interests from suitably qualified and experienced service providers for the provision of an AI Transcription Tool to support administrative tasks across the council, for an initial contract term of 12 months estimated to start on 13 February 2025. From the end of the initial period, the council has an option to extend the contract for a further 6 periods of 12 months. Total potential term 7 years. Extension of existing Dynamic Purchasing System for Artificial Intelligence DPS

Crown Commercial Service has set up a Dynamic Purchasing System for the supply of artificial intelligence services. Crown Commercial Service is inviting suppliers to request to participate in the Artificial Intelligence DPS. This DPS offers a simple route to purchase artificial intelligence services in the public sector, allowing customers to access a wide range of competition in an emerging market, including discovery and consultancy services, licencing, customisation and support for AI applications, and end-to-end partnerships. If you are successfully appointed to the DPS following your submission you will be invited by customers (buyers) to submit tenders for relevant services through a call for competition. This DPS remains open for any supplier to request to participate throughout the duration of the DPS. CCS reserves the right to reduce, extend or terminate the DPS period at any time during its lifetime in accordance with the terms set out in the DPS contract.

Digital Technology and Cyber Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Scottish Government is establishing a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Digital Technology and Cyber Services. A key objective of this DPS is to offer a straightforward, flexible route to market for all Scottish public sector organisations with a requirement for digital technology and cyber services across four lots: - Digital Technology Projects and Services - Digital Technology Resources - Digital Training Services - Cyber Security Services Potential participants must complete the SPD (Single Procurement Document) and meet the minimum entry criteria to participate on the DPS.
