Description

Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor to complete Cyclical Painting Works.
Tenderers will be required to survey the contract area and submit quantities and pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending Pricing Schedule (Schedule 3).
MVH is looking to commence this contract in May 2023.
The initial project under this contract is for 71 properties which must be complete by December 31st 2023.
The location of the project is Gurnos, Merthyr Tydfil

Urgent Repair and Jobbing Contracts 2025-2029

The contracts are for urgent repairs and jobbing works to Angus Council properties (excluding council housing). CBC-1713-Q-AS Housing Service Transitional Accommodation Internal Decoration

The overall purpose is to carry out internal painting and decorating to provide an improved customer offer for our service users at three of our selected Transitional Accommodation sites across the Central Bedfordshire district. All works shall consequently be carried out and timed in such a way as to always leave the areas where painting and decorating is being carried out in a safe well-maintained tidy condition and upon completion of works. The Council will provide as much support and information as it can to help guide you through the quotation process. Questions asked together with the response, will be made available to all tenderers, to ensure a fair and consistent approach to all. If there is anything you are not sure about or need clarification on, please use the Correspondence facility within the In-tend electronic tendering system.
