Description

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a housing provider to join us in developing a small, innovative Supported Housing accommodation, run in partnership between a Registered Social Landlord (RSL) and our new Forensic Community Support Plus clinical team. The 'Support Plus' Supported Housing accommodation will provide an alternative approach to recovery for our male forensic service users who have experienced the long length of stays within secure care and who have complex clinical and risk issues.
