Description

The Town Council is seeking to engage a suitable Architect / Contract Administrator to oversee main Contractor for a restoration works to The Passmore Edwards Building, The Cross, Cross Street, Camborne, Cornwall, TR14 8HA.  

The Tenders is to appoint a professional services Design Team to provide the professional services covering RIBA / RICS Stages; 5 Construction and 6 Handover as set out in the accompanying documents.
