GB-Camberley: Surrey wide waste and recycling composition sampling

Description

Surrey Heath Borough Council (SHBC), as the contracting authority for Joint Waste Solutions (JWS) invites tenders for; the sampling of residual waste and dry mixed recycling (DMR), and the provision of raw composition data.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
