Description

Bromford is a group of registered providers of social housing and support services. Bromford's requirement is the provision of new lift shafts and lift installations at Plowright House, Hanham and St Barnabas House, Warmley in Bristol. St Barnabas is an independent living scheme in Warmley and requires the installation of two new lift shafts and lift equipment at either end of the building. Plowright House is an independent living scheme in Hanham, which requires the installation of one new lift shaft and lift equipment.The requirements are divided into two lots, and potential suppliers are invited to tender for one or both lots. The works are estimated to take 20 weeks and the contract will commence in February 2021. Site visits are available during week commencing 5th October and 12th October. Please see the ITT for further details and instructions. Potential suppliers are invited to express an interest by following the attached link to the Procontract portal. All queries should be directed via the portal.
