Located at Nos 9/9a, Castle Street, Launceston PL15 8BA, the property is a Grade II* listed building of red brick construction laid to Flemish bond. It covers two storeys as well as a basement and an attic. The interior retains many original features including a grained basement staircase, panelling, plasterwork, moulded ceiling cornices and chimney-pieces.
