Description

Mole Valley District Council is inviting tenders for specified improvements and refurbishment works to St.Martin's Walk Car Park. 
      
      In order to allow as much continued use of the car park as possible during the project, the work will be progressed in sections/areas to be agreed over a 12 week programme. No more than one third of the car park is to be out of action at any one time. The contractor is invited to submit a programme detailing how this can best be achieved. 
      
      The project is to start in early September and to be completed within the 12 week period. 
      
      The works include, but are not limited to:- general redecoration of previously painted surfaces, concrete repairs and redecoration, jet washing of plain concrete and brick finishes, repainting of metalwork, asphalt repairs and redecoration, brick paver repair, drainage repairs, new thermoplastic marking of car park areas, new signage, decorations, new signage and associated works.  Refer to specification for full details. All works to be conducted in areas specifically closed off in an active public car park.

New Hospital Programme - Hospital 2.0 Alliance (H2A) Framework

NHS England ("NHSE") is seeking to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for major capital works for hospital build, refurbishment and ancillary works required by NHSE, including the detailed design, construction, commissioning and hand back of major hospital schemes as part of the New Hospital Programme ("NHP"). The framework agreement is to be referred to as the Hospital 2.0 Alliance Framework (the "H2A Framework" or "Framework Agreement"). Works and Services will be carried out on existing sites, adjacent to existing facilities or on new sites.
