Description

The council invites tenders for a contract starting in March 2020
(1)	refurbishment work to the Monteagle Community Hall, Tresham Crescent, Yateley, Hampshire.

The specification is available from the town council website (yateley-tc.gov.uk) and site visits can be arranged by appointment. Contractors must be located within 20 miles of Yateley.
Completed tenders must be received in writing by midday on 29th November 2019. Tenders received after this date will not be considered.  Please submit the contract values excluding VAT broken down as per the numbered sections within the specification.

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (LBTH) Council is undertaking a formal tender process for the complete replacement of a hydrotherapy pool at a school for severely disabled children. The goal of this project is to deliver a modern, fully accessible, hydrotherapy pool that will effectively support the therapeutic needs of the students. This project involves the complete replacement of the hydrotherapy pool, addressing issues such as leaks and the current condition of the pool. A detailed structural survey will be required during the works, along with associated integrity testing. The design will prioritise ease of access for ongoing maintenance to ensure long-term operational efficiency and to reduce costs throughout the asset’s lifecycle. The scope of the project also includes the installation of new systems and upgrades to existing systems, including lighting, sensory equipment, underwater lighting, ventilation, heating, and drainage, to enhance functionality and improve reliability. The pool area will be fully redecorated to improve its appearance while considering the environmental humidity. Furthermore, the project will involve the complete replacement and reconfiguration of all plant room equipment, along with the associated mechanical and electrical plant and equipment. All tender documents are available free of charge at https://www.londontenders.org/ The Council reserve the right not to award any contract pursuant to this procurement exercise and/or to abandon this procurement exercise at any time and/or to award a contract for part of the services at it's sole discretion. The Council shall have no liability whatsoever to any applicant or tenderer as a result of its exercise of that discretion. For the avoidance of doubt, all costs incurred by any applicant and/or tenderer before signature of any contract with the Council shall be incurred entirely at that applicant's/tenderer's risk. Moray Council is leading the redevelopment of the ‘Grade B listed’ Elgin Town Hall and forms part of the overarching Cultural Quarter project. The building is currently a thriving multi-use venue which hosts community events and touring acts. The existing auditorium is capable of hosting 550 patrons. The redevelopment provides a complete reconfiguration and refurbishment of the existing building and performance spaces with new specialist and state-of-the-art technical infrastructure complete with stage engineering, stage lighting and audio visual systems. The building will have a new inviting and modern-day foyer and entrance plaza added to the current north east elevation. A new build extension is also allowed to the rear of the existing building which will provide a new 90 seat studio theatre with support accommodation.

Frontierland Leisure and Hospitality Development Opportunity Site

Lancaster City Council wishes to appoint a preferred developer partner to deliver its regeneration ambitions for a former funfair site on Morecambe's seafront.
