United Learning Trust seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework to enable Public Sector organisations to access electricity and gas purchasing solutions via a competitive call off process. Ti framework seeks to appoint suitably licenced suppliers to facilitate a multi-lot/multi-supplier framework. Following the initial establishment, the DPS will remain open for any Suppliers to submit a bid at any point until the closing date of the DPS. 1.7 The DPS will cover the period from 4th June 2021 to 28th October 2028. The maximum contract period will therefore be 7 years and 4 months, subject to an annual review, incorporating price negotiations and KPI performance.
