Description

St Leger Homes of Doncaster Limited, invites proposals from tenderers for the provision of an Integrated housing management solution and related services. The solution will incorporate a number of key solutions as detailed in the overview document.
SLHD is seeking to work with a single software supplier, but will also consider a consortium offer if it can be demonstrated that the key business processes are supported. The prospective software supplier should possess a proven track record and demonstrable experience of delivering software solutions as well as similar products and services to other Metropolitan Councils, ALMO's and housing associations.The contract duration will be for an initial 5 year period following go live with the possibility to extend up to a maximum of 10 years from go live of the system. The contract duration will also incorporate a period of implementation before go live.

We currently use Liferay as a Digital Experience Platform. We are building new digital service front-ends using Spring Boot. All digital services must meet GDS standards.
