Description

This is the second phase of a remodel project for Leigh Community Centre.  Works are the relocation and refurbishment of gf toilets, an extension to the rear of the property to extend a cafe area and some general decoration and dilapidations work.

The project comprises the design, build and construction of one new industrial unit. Ancillary work includes drainage, external connections services, driveway and surrounding groundworks. The industrial unit is intended to serve as a depot to support the council's operational functions.
