Market Research

Seeking a market research partner to conduct primary research into the feasibility of launching undergraduate and postgraduate taught transnational education (TNE) programmes in India. The research will focus on understanding levels of demand and for which subject areas, pricing sensitivity, competitive landscape, and decision-making processes among prospective students in the National Capital Region and wider country. For the avoidance of doubt: This procurement is not a Covered Procurement as defined under the Procurement Act 2023 and the University of Exeter is under no obligation to and will not be undertaking a tender exercise for these goods and/or services. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the University’s procurement rules for the supply of goods and services. Provision of External Research Providers

The provision of External Research Providers. External Research Providers if successful will be added to an approved supplier list which will consist of the following four lots: Lot 1 - Methodological expertise: Quantitative Research including statistical, analytical and modelling capability. Lot 2 - Methodological expertise: Qualitative Research including evidence reviews. Lot 3 - Methodological expertise: Evaluation including policy and education standards. Lot 4 - Methodological expertise: Specialisms in accessible and inclusive approaches including trauma-informed approaches and experience with seldom-heard groups. External Research Providers will be able to bid for all/multiple lots.

Crown Commercial Service (CCS) as the authority intends to put in place a DPS Agreement for the provision of Research and Insights services to be utilised by Central Government Departments and all other UK Public Sector Bodies, including local authorities, health, police, fire and rescue, education and devolved administrations and charities.
