Description

The contract is for the delivery of aids and adaptations works to properties owned and managed by Arun District Council. It is intended that the contract will commence in January 2020, and subject to annual reviews, run for a period of three years with the option for renewal as decided by ADC, for an extension of up to a further one year and then an additional one year, subject to meeting or exceeding performance and quality of service and delivery as well as offering value for money. It is the intention that any contract extensions will be offered at least 90 days before the end of any contract period although this could be subject to revision.  The maximum duration of the contract is therefore five years.

Introduction This project aims to enhance the student and curriculum's experience through a comprehensive redevelopment that leads to the improvement of the male and female Toilets. It involves, refurbishments and enhancements to overall facilities. Further to your Interest, TEC Partnership invite you to tender for the works described within this invitation to tender.
