Description

Connexus is inviting you to tender for our insurance brokerage and associated services in relation to our portfolio.
This contract will be for one broker to provide all the insurance requirements for an initial period of three years with the option to extend for a further two years based on satisfactory annual reviews of service and performance.
This tender is intended to include the arrangement, placing and administration of insurance policies, including claims settlement and administration, risk management services and any other insurance services for all members of Connexus and extend to any additional companies that join the group in future.
Connexus is looking for a broker that will provide a proactive service to help us reduce our risk and claims exposure.
Connexus will only consider a broker with large commercial property experience/risk portfolios.  We will expect you to declare your financial relationship with your proposed insurer(s).
The appointed Broker will be expected to meet the following requirements;
- Policy Coverage: Oversight of our insurance coverage including annual market testing and full procurement in accordance with EU requirements at least once every three years.
- Risk Management: Understanding Connexus' risk appetite and operations and advising on best practice around policies, processes, systems and insurance solutions. Specific focus on any uninsured and emerging risks.
- Claims: Provide a comprehensive claims handling service acting as the intermediary between Connexus and the insurer.
