Description

Hook Parish Council is seeking to appoint a specialist contractor, using a design and build form of contract, for a replacement skatepark facility, located in Hook. 

The tenderer will be required to demonstrate how they will provide value for money at each stage of the project, use local suppliers where possible and have the ability to provide innovative solutions to ensure this Wheeled Sports Park has long lasting appeal.

The completed Tender shall be submitted and arrive no later than Noon on Friday 8th July 2022, in the form of a hard copy along with a USB stick containing an electronic version and be sent in a secure envelope clearly marked "Tender Response Documents: Skatepark Replacement Contract"  
Tenders received after the stated date and time or not properly completed will be disregarded. 

Shortlisted Companies will be invited to present to the Skatepark Replacement working group week commencing 18th July 2022

LPC Playground Refurbishment

Lambourne Parish Council (LPC) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified contractors to provide and install new play equipment and safety surfacing at our Abridge Village Hall Playground Rm4 1UD. The current Playground is an established facility which is well used by the local community. Some of the equipment has now reached end of life and needs replacing. LPC wishes to receive bids for new innovative play equipment suitable for users up to 11 years old. LPC wish to replace all of the grass within the fenced area with a suitable safety surface of either Bonded Rubber Mulch or Wet Pour subject to costs and budget. This will help to increase the accessibility of the playground throughout the year and reduce the level of annual maintenance that is currently required.
