Description

Principal Contractor for the construction of 10 new houses at Coniston Road, Kings Langley, Herts 
      
      The works consist of the erection of 10 semi-detached houses, consisting of 2 and 3 bedroom properties (incorporating one 2 bedroom wheelchair accessible house) with associated car parking and landscaping
      
      There are existing residential council homes surrounding the site, many of which have been sold under the governments Right to Buy policy. The site also houses an electrical sub-station which is leased from the council to UK Power Networks.
      
      The Contract will be the JCT Design and Build 2016 incorporating Dacorum Borough Council amendments.
      
      All the Tender Documents and correspondence must be submitted via the Councils e- tendering portal at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk
      Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon on 9 July 2020. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
