Description

Thirteen Housing Group requires an approved contractor to deliver a service provision of fire stopping and door maintenance works to our low, medium and high rise buildings located in the North East areas of Middlesbrough, Stockton, Hartlepool, the Tees Valley, Sunderland, Newcastle and York. Please note this contract is not limited to these areas and service delivery may be required elsewhere.

Fire Safety Remedial Works

Great Places Housing Group (GPHG) seeks contractors for the completion of remedial works as required by our ongoing programme of Fire Risk Assessments and building safety. This will principally be for passive firestopping works, such as fire door installation & compartmentalisation, but may include elements of active Fire Risk Prevention, such as fire & smoke alarms. Works will be carried out across the GPHG estate in Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Lancashire, High Peak & South Yorkshire.
