Communities and Housing Investment Consortium Limited ( CHIC ),  a central purchasing body and consortium vehicle whose members comprise public organisations principally providing publicly funded housing of various types and undertaking asset management and new build development in various locations, is seeking to procure the appointment of an organisation to provide the services, described in the ITT documents, to support its business and members and to enter a long term service provision contract for that purpose.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Tate Gallery, we are looking to appoint a suitably qualified set of consultants to support the transformation of the landscape at the front of Tate Britain Gallery, along Millbank. The Tate Britain Garden Project will transform the open spaces in front of the gallery, the so-called Millbank entrance, reframing the public approach and formal entrance to Tate Britain with a beautiful, contemporary and welcoming new green space. We want to open up the spaces, introducing plant species and features that will thrive in the garden and create visual interest year-round.
