Description

The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is committed to the provision of excellent occupational health care for all of its employees. In order to give the best possible care for our patients, we must give the best possible care to our employees and ensure their health and wellbeing is well supported through an exceptional occupational health (OH) service.  Excellence in occupational health will support us to become more productive, more efficient and reduce sickness absence and presenteeism. Occupational health is a core responsibility of the  Trust and is integral to enabling the health and wellbeing of our workforce to be maintained. The service shall enable the Trust to address particular health and attendance issues, meet its statutory obligations with regards to health surveillance, identify the preventative measures that can be taken to minimise the overall risk of sickness absence and improve employee health and wellbeing in the workplace.

The Authority is looking to work with a capable provider to supply Occupational Health Services to the Trust. The supplier will work in collaborative partnership with human resources, health and safety and line managers to deliver an occupational health service that
will promote and maintain the health and wellbeing of our workforce with the aim of ensuring a positive relationship between work and health.

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) is a commissioning support service working for and on behalf of NHS England - North West (the Relevant Authority) who are undertaking a competition to commission 66 Community Pharmacy sites for the provision of Community Pharmacy Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) and Pertussis Vaccination Enhanced Service for the North West of England. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. The contract term is for an initial period of 20 months commencing on 01/08/2025 with an option to extend for a further 24 months at the discretion of the Relevant Authority and subject to satisfactory contractual and financial performance.
