Description

Locally based organisation ( within a 10 miles radius) required by Hook Parish Council to inspect all the Parish Council owned  playgrounds on a weekly basis. The organisation must provide evidence of having prior experience of undertaking such work, have a proven track record of a high level of customer satisfaction. The organisation must demonstrate the ability to be responsive, flexible, with a response time of less than 1 hour for emergencies.

Leicester City Council invites proposals from suitably qualified Funfair operators for a funfair - at Humberstone Gate West, Leicester LE1 3PH for its Tourism; Culture & Inward Investment Team. Other city centre sites may be considered in future years and during the life of the contract. City Centre funfairs are one of the focal points of the school holiday periods in Leicester each year (the tender documentation provides the dates) with Christmas having special themed attractions. The proposed Contract will be for one year with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further three years to include 2028/2029 Christmas season. T2562 PEACEPLUS Sport for Peace

The Sport for Peace Project is to deliver a programme of activity for 1600 young people from different communities across Belfast to improve relations through sport. The focus of the contract is to promote peacebuilding and positive change through sport and community engagement across 4 key pillars, which encourages partners to work collaboratively to deliver grass roots programmes to build resilience, develop leadership qualities and encourage playing sports within communities. Pillar 1: Qualification/Coach Education Pillar 2: Participation Pillar 3: Mentoring & Employability Pillar 4: Research The project also involves the establishment and facilitation of a city-wide Sports Consortium. The facilitation of best practice and networking events and cross border shared learning events. The project will engage people from different communities to improve relations through sport. All activity should have a good relations focus and seek to address interface issues. The project forms part of the Belfast PEACEPLUS Local Community Action Plan, which is supported by PEACEPLUS, a programme managed by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB)
