Further Competition for the Provision of Total Facilities Management Services for an initial period of 2 years plus the option to extend for a further 2 years at the Trust's discretion. \

This contract is being put in place for Sedgefield Community College (SCC) only. SCC's main building is covered under a PFI agreement, for the avoidance of doubt this contract is for SCC's annexe building and new Teaching & Learning Centre (currently under construction) only.\
