Description

Solihull MBC are tendering to create a Flexible Contracting Arrangement (FCA) under the Light Touch regime of the PCR 2015 to purchase residential and nursing care home beds for older people.  This FCA will be with a range of providers and will be used to purchase both individual placements and also to run mini-competitions to award block contracts.
      
      The FCA will be for 5 years with options to extend for up to 24 months plus 24 months.   The Council is not committing to any volumes through the FCA.
      
      The Council may open the FCA  as required throughout the life of the arrangement for new tenderers to have the opportunity to obtain a place on the FCA.  The Council may release  mini competitions to those providers on the FCA  to bid for block contracts throughout the life of the arrangement.
      
      This current opportunity includes the initial creation of the FCA and also a range of block contract opportunities with differing contract lengths with a total value of £17.5m.
      
      Delivery of block contracts will be required to be within Solihull Borough.

Derby City Council is tendering for CQC registered Outcome focussed Home Care Services including TEC enabled Care for Adults, 18 years and over who are resident in Derby and meet the eligibility criteria for Derby City Council. IMPORTANT This tender will be undertaken as a Two Stage Competitive Flexible Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 and the Procurement Regulations 2024 (Light Touch Regime). Bidders who pass the Stage One (Conditions of Participation) checks will be invited to a Stage two process where they will be asked to submit responses to a number of Working Methods questions (Quality Evaluation). These questions will only be provided during the Stage Two process. Bidders must be registered with the CQC for the provision of Homecare services and must have a rating of "Good" or "Outstanding". Bidders who have a rating of "Requires Improvement" will be accepted provided their most recent inspection was over 3 years ago and they can provide evidence of an acceptable improvement plan. Bidders must have or commit to having an office base within 10 miles of the Derby city boundary in time for contract commencement. IN ALL OTHER SCENARIOS BIDDERS WILL FAIL THE INITIAL STAGE ONE CHECKS OF THE PROVIDER SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE. The Council reserves the right to open a Lot or Lots and run an open competitive tendering process to replace existing Framework Service Provider due to failure/poor performance/material breaches etc. There will also be the option of opening up a Lot or Lots to add an additional Service Provider where there are capacity issues within that Lot. A Framework Agreement for the Supply and Maintenance of Telecare Equipment

North Hertfordshire District Council requires high quality assistive technology solutions to support people to establish, maintain or regain independence both in and away from their home setting, increasing successful early supported discharges from hospital, supporting people to maintain personal safety, to build confidence and to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. North Hertfordshire District Council’s Herts Careline service works in partnership with Hertfordshire County Council to supply, maintain and monitors alarms for over 9000 service users across Hertfordshire. Of these users, approximately 5000 sites have assistive technology to support users with complex needs. Additionally, 500 users utilise our away service, taking technology out of the home with them in Hertfordshire and beyond. On average, our team of technicians complete 150 new installations each month. Herts Careline provides plug and play alarm kits to twenty (20) hospitals and professional services to support early discharge in Hertfordshire. The Council intends to procure a multi-supplier Framework Agreement divided into three Lots. The Lots are defined as follows: Lot 1: Solutions for Assistive Technologies Service at Home and Hospital Discharge Lot 2: Solutions for Assistive Technologies Service Away from Home Lot 3: Solutions for Assistive Technologies for Users with Complex Needs
