The Roman Rise project forms part of Homes for Lambeth's 2020 Business Plan within their small sites programme.  The site is located at 2 Roman Rise, London, SE19 1JG.  The scheme consists of the new build construction of 31nr Apartments, all of these being affordable tenure. The apartment buildings are designed as an RC Frame. Commencement on-site is currently targeted as 30th June 2021 with completion expected in February 2023. This is subject to the Main Contractors approved Programme of Works. Gleneagles - External Windows and Doors

KWL are seeking contractors to carry out the supply and install of External Windows and Doors to a new build site of 27 houses at Gleneagles Park, Hull, it is expected that work will commence in January 2025 with works to be completed March 2026.
