GB-Chester: Boiler Replacement - Churton Building

Description

Replacement of current Remeha 350-6 gas 110kW boiler plant, primary LTHW pipework and system components up to the LTHW LLH. Replacement of LTHW secondary heating circuit pump sets, and all associated electrical upgrades. The new system will be fully tested and commissioned prior to handover to the Trust.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
