Description

Devon Clinical Commissioning Group have commissioned a Supplier to deliver a campaign which provides clear, targeted marketing and wide-ranging stakeholder engagement to impact public behaviour in the adoption of a '111 First' model of access to urgent care services across Devon.

Audience
The campaign will focus on people aged 18-40, with a particular focus on working men and parents of young children.

Deliverables
The Supplier / Agency will:

1.	Supply key campaign messages
These will:
•	Resonate with the target audience (parents and carers)
•	Explain the benefits of contacting 111 first
•	Be innovative and creative, providing something that is different enough to stand out from other health and care messages

2.	Supply collateral for a multi-media campaign
Early materials with key messages were developed for soft launch of the campaign (1 December 2020)

Priority areas
The campaign will cover Devon, Plymouth and Torbay.

Additional information: The contract value of this procurement is under the threshold that is subject to the full regime of current EU procurement legislation and governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.  Therefore, the rules of this Regime do not apply

For any extension(s) to the Contract, discussions with the Service Provider shall be conducted sufficiently far in advance of the Contract expiry date to arrive at an agreed position.
