Fire Risk Assessment Consultancy

The Guinness Partnership ("Guinness") has conducted a tender to appoint a consultant to provide Fire Risk Assessment (FRA) consultancy services.

This is primarily for the provision of routine Type 1 & 3 FRAs for all of our relevant stock, as well as Type 4 surveys from a later date. Although not a core part of the service, there is potential that the appointed consultant to be involved in broader conversations around fire safety issues in construction and reviews of the fire strategy for new development proposals.

This process has now been concluded and the contract awarded.
