Mechanical and Plumbing materials. This is a call-off from the Efficiency East Midlands framework 'EEM0072 - Supply and Distribution of Materials'. The contract is for the supply of mechanical and plumbing materials to the Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd's teams for use in repairs and construction.
      
      Cost benchmarking was undertaken and a set of objective criteria were applied in reaching the decision to directly award the contract.
      
      The contract is for 1 year with the option to extend by up to 3 additional 1-year periods.
