Description

Maldon District Council's requirement under this Contract is for the removal of existing and replacement of the rubber safety surface in whole/part of the Splash Park, Promenade Park Maldon.  Replacement to be of single colour and work to be completed by 21st May 2022 (weather dependant)

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.

Mount Batten Pontoon Replacement

Plymouth City Council ('The Council') are seeking a main contractor to undertake the design and construction of the replacement pontoon and associated bridgehead repairs at the Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre, Plymouth. The existing pontoon has reached the end of its operational life and requires replacement. Due to the nature of the project, the duration of the contract may be extended because of, including but not limited to, site or weather conditions. The form of contract being used is NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), under which the contractor will be responsible for the design and construction of the facility. The NEC4 ECC will be an Option A: priced contract with activity schedule.
