Description

South Ribble Borough Council is inviting tenders for the design and build of a new toddler and junior play area, Birch Avenue, Penwortham, Preston as detailed more fully in the Specification.  

The Council's set budget for this project is £145,000.

Social Value will form part of the evaluation criteria for this procurement. Bidders must therefore follow the guidance within the tender documentation in respect of submitting their social value offering. Your social value bid submission must be made via the Social Value Portal and must be received by the same deadline as below.

Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk in order to access the full specification and invitation to tender documentation.

The deadline for expressions of interest in the opportunity is 5pm Friday 18th March 2022.  Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than 12 Noon Monday 21st March 2022.

P-0193 Playground Equipment and Multi Play Units (MPU)

Manchester City Council are currently improving fixed playgrounds within parks across the city. This project is split into the following lots: • Lot 1 Supply of Fixed Playground Equipment • Lot 2 Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only All installed in accordance with manufacturer's instructions (see EN 1176-7:2008, Clause 6). Spring Rockers - with above ground accessible fixings Rotators - Hanging carousel and rotating poles to have large heavy duty sealed bearing. Lot 2 Multi Play Units (MPU) Supply only - must provide a wide range of high value multi-play provisions for a range of ages and abilities. Additional information: The Council is using the e-business portal known as the Chest. Applicants will need to register their details at the following link www.the-chest.org.uk. Applicants will need to electronically submit their completed tender documents, including standard selection questionnaire, via the on-line portal by 11am on 21st October 2024
