Description

Avon Fire Authority is undergoing a major Transformation Programme that aims to enable our workforce with new ways of working using the latest technology to deliver an efficient and effective service to our communities. Current ways of working use manual or disparate systems and it is difficult to have a clear understanding of how our improvement plans and corporate risks are being managed and rely on numerous progress reports that often involve lengthy management meetings.
The purpose of this tender is to seek a Business Management Information System (BMIS) solution to integrate various corporate functions such as corporate planning and performance, audit and assurance, risk and project management. The aim to provide benefits including; reduced administration and having access to one version of the truth using real time data with the ability to link and track plans/actions that contribute towards the Service Plan (providing the golden thread).
