Demonstrate flexibility and responsiveness to the University’s operational and academic calendar. Key Requirements: Demonstrated experience in delivering large-scale, multi-site cleaning contracts. Capacity to operate 24/7, 365 days per year, including public holidays. Robust quality assurance and performance monitoring systems. Competent, trained, and uniformed cleaning staff, including appropriate supervision. Ability to use eco-friendly products and cleaning technologies.
