Description

The Authority is seeking a Supplier to provision the following:

To supply to site forum planter units as per the following detail:
 
·	6 number planter units as per drawing SBCC11082-101-SBC-F-3001 Revision B
·	All units at 400mm wide on plan. 
·	Highest unit size 650mm with 500mm showing above ground level with 150mm below ground level. Transition units size 650mm declining down to 160mm over indicted line length. Lowest units size at 160mm with 10mm above ground level and 150mm below ground level. 
·	All base units to have 4 number fixed stainless steel rods located in the top surface for means of securing/bonding the top section units on site. 
·	Component drawing to be supplied for each planter units and completed stone units marked up to match component drawing. 
·	All units will be manufactured from Scoutmoor Sandstone with a honed finish to all seen faces. 
·	All vertical joint sizes to be 10mm.
·	Stainless Steel rod will be 20mm diameter resin bonded into base units at 40mm proud of top surface.

Closed Framework Agreement: Access to Quarries, Materials, Recycling Centres and Landfill Sites

This closed framework agreement covers the following: 1. Lot 1: Quarries and Supply of Materials: this includes access to Quarries and Supply of Materials, including supply of any construction materials and aggregates, via either collection or delivery, and any other associated services and / or solutions the Supplier may provide, including, but not limited to; advisory services, carbon reduction assessments, added value services. 2. The Framework Agreement is split into 2 independent Lots as detailed below. The Lots are standalone. If a participant wishes to apply for both Lots in the procurement process, it should complete both the PQQ and RFP for both Lots. Bidders may apply for either or both of the Lots: • Lot 1 - Quarries and Supply of Materials • Lot 2 - Waste Management There is no maximum number of successful suppliers that can be awarded to either Lot. This procurement description is for information only and further information can be found within the tender documents. The appointment of any bidder following this Procurement process is not exclusive. There is no guarantee of any minimum volume of work if a bidder is successful in being awarded a framework by the Contracting Authorities.
