Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group is inviting expressions of interest to deliver its Special Allocation Scheme (SAS) with an anticipated service start date of 21 July 2022.   
The desired services must be GP led and provided by GPs, nurses and other clinical professionals. A provider must be registered with CQC to provide General Practitioner Services, be an active part of one of the Primary Care Networks that exist within Bolton CCG or be willing to sign up as a non-voting member. 
It should be noted that this notice invites individuals and organisations to express an interest in this service but an expression of interest is no indication of a commitment to participate in the evaluation process nor does it infer any preferential or special status on those individuals and organisations who express an interest.
How to apply:
The draft service specification will be available via request to the CCG and expressions of interest must be submitted using the agreed template and must be submitted by 10 June 2022
