Description

Bridgewater High School, an academy within The Challenge Academy Trust, is seeking to replace and expand the coverage of the existing CCTV system over its two sites. In addition, building work is currently being undertaken at one of the sites and this area will require coverage also. The academy has undertaken a review of the sites and coverage and identified the number of cameras etc. required.

At the first site, the following cameras have been idenitified:
1.   10 External Cameras - turret/colour 
2.  21 External Cameras - bullet/colour
3.  41 Internal Cameras - turret
4.  12 GDPR compliant CCTV warning signs
5.   Video recorder, monitor, storage capable of 31 days recording

At the second site, the following cameras have been identified:
1.   14 External Cameras - turret/colour
2.  14 External Cameras - bullet/colour
3.  32 Internal Cameras - turret
4.  12 GDPR compliant CCTV warning signs
5.   Video recorder, monitor, storage capable of 31 days recording
6.   In reception area fitted to wall, 32" monitor to view 4 cameras including any relevant equipment for connection
7.   Existing external CCTV pole may require additional connection equipment for new system due to age of existing camera. 

All cameras should be high definition cameras. External cameras should have onboard white light LED illuminators to provide colour images even in low light conditions. Internal cameras should have onboard infra-red LED illuminators to provide outstanding images in low light conditions. 

The supply will include full installation, software licences etc. with connections terminating in the academy's network cabinets.

EEM0071 Vacant Property Services Framework

Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of frameworks and DPS agreements. Our membership has now grown to over 367 members including organisations providing services to the whole public sector including housing associations, local authorities, NHS Trusts, Education Providers and Emergency Services. EEM will be conducting a tender exercise for the renewal of our existing Void Property Services Framework, which will expire in December 2024. The Framework agreement will be for a period of 48 months and is expected to run from 16th December 2024 to 15th December 2028 . EEM reserve the right to appoint maximum of 8 Suppliers onto each of the sublots described below. - Lot 1 of this Framework will cover clearing and cleaning (Sublot1 - Midlands, Sublot 2 - National Coverage). - Lot 2 of this Framework will cover the security services and call handling (Sublot1 - Midlands, Sublot 2 - National Coverage). - Lot 3 of this Framework will cover all services from Lot 1 and Lot 2 as well as a turn-key vacant property management service (Sublot1 - Midlands, Sublot 2 - National Coverage). Requirements Reserved for Supported Businesses Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS)

The Scottish Government is establishing a collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Requirements Reserved for Supported Businesses. A key objective of this DPS is to continue to provide the Scottish public sector and third sector bodies a straightforward, flexible route to market for a range of goods and services provided by supported businesses and in doing so, support the integration of disabled and disadvantaged citizens into the mainstream workforce. The DPS will be on a single Lot basis that will hold a wide range of goods and services provided by supported businesses. Descriptions of these goods and services and any subsequent categorisation will be provided via publicly available guidance documentation. Potential participants must complete the SPD (Single Procurement Document) held within PCS Tender and meet the minimum entry criteria to participate in the DPS. Participants must also complete within this SPD, Annex A to this Dynamic Purchasing System which requests confirmation from bidders on their meeting of the reserved contract criteria described as the ‘two part test’ introduced by European Directive 2014/24/EU and given effect in Scotland through the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015, Section 2, Regulation 21.
