Additional elements based at Grain Coastal Park • Feasibility of Catering unit • A new Toilet Block All of the above will need to be assessed. Options and associated costs will be required for each individual element. These will all need to be included in a final report along with a professional recommendation. A site visit within the first two weeks of the contract start date is expected, with Medway Council officer(s) in attendance.
