Description

Chorley Borough Council is inviting quotations for the provision of Civil & Structural Engineering Services (RIBA Stages 2-7) for the delivery of the Accommodation Review Project at Chorley Town Hall and the White Hart ex public house as more fully described in the ITQ and Specification.

Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk in order to access the full specification and invitation to quote documentation.

The deadline for expressions of interest in the opportunity is 5pm Tuesday 19th July 2022.  Completed quotation documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later than 12 Noon on Wednesday 20th July 2022.

All plans must be designed and delivered within the overall capital and revenue budget set for the project. To date LBC have worked with a number of consultants including Landscape Architects, engineers, and surveyors to prepare works packages/reports for the Initial stage of Lottery funding
