New Fencing and Paving Works at 35 Lonsdale Avenue, Weston-super-Mare, North Somerset. The property will be occupied. Adjacent properties may be tenanted, leasehold or in private ownership.
      
      Award will be based on lowest price, however, the proposed start and completion dates (to be entered on the Excel specification document) must be acceptable to Alliance Homes . If a bidder submits the lowest price but timings are not acceptable to Alliance Homes, then we reserve the right to award to the next lowest price bidder and so on.
