Description

The GDC has awarded a contract Installation   and   Maintenance   of   a Video   Conference system. The services will covers:

•	The supply and installation of video conference system for two GDC board rooms, 
•	The installation of acoustics for both board rooms 
•	The maintenance for the video conferencing system 

The contract is for an initial 12-month period with the option for the maintenance service element of the contract to be extended for up to an additional 2 years.
