Scope of Work
The data held are intended to be used throughout the whole development lifecycle, with a strong focus on the planning phases; resource assessment, early feasibility assessments, consenting, bid preparations and so on. Whilst the developers will be the main early users and contributors of data, many other stakeholders such as the Crown Estate, academic researchers, regional industrial groups and related consultancies, media and the general public are all expected to need to access the data for different purposes.
Therefore, CSP have decided to tender for the construction of a Data Portal. This section of the document outlines the requirements of the Portal.
2.1 Definitions
-Archive High-durability storage for difficult to replace data.
-Celtic Sea Area of sea between the South-West of England, South Wales and East Ireland
-CSP Celtic Sea Power
-CSV Comma-Separated Values - A text format for numerical tables. In this document it is includes files with various field delimiters, such as semi-colons or other single characters.
-Data Entry An item consisting of a file or collection of files that has data of a particular type relating to a specific place and time.
Information Classification: CONTROLLED
-Developer Floating Offshore Wind Farm Developer - a company intending to develop a floating offshore wind farm in the Celtic Sea.
-FLOW Floating Offshore Wind
(Data) Portal The system being specified by this document to hold, visualize and otherwise make accessible various data about the -Celtic Sea.
Ingested Data Data as originally supplied to the system.
Researcher An academic researcher into the assessment, construction, development, operation and decommissioning of floating offshore wind farms.
-Shapefile Sometimes known as ESRI Shapefile after the company that originated the format. A format for Geographically-linked, or pure geographic data. It consists in a collection of files with the same filename within the same directory.
-Supplier The company selected to develop and maintain the Portal.
Users Users of the Portal.
-Wind Rose A commonly used graphical display for summarizing wind data at a fixed point in space, over time.

Property Transformation Programme – Workplace Services Management

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ) wishes to award a contract for the provision of Workplace Services Management (WSM) as part of the Property Transformation Programme (PTP). The Workplace Services Management (WSM) Contractor is a new role that will support the MoJ to effectively monitor and report on the delivery of services across the Buyer Premises. The WSM will ensure that the Property Directorate has the required functions and capabilities in place to support the commencement of services under the new total facilities management (TFM) contract(s) from October 2026 (see further II.2.4 below). Workplace Services Management will be a managed service that provides the following key capabilities:    Integrated Digital System and management of a Common Data Environment  Performance Management, Analysis and Reporting  Innovation, technology and data  Workplace Support Services  Assurance and Compliance  Contingency Planning and Disaster Recovery  Asset Management  Sustainability and Social Value   Projects and Project Management  PTP (of which Workplace Services Management is part) is planning to transform FM across the full HMPPS estate, which includes Prison, Probation and HMPPS Premises. PTP may also be rolled out to any other MoJ estate, including potentially HMCTS estate in future.   The role of the WSM Contractor will therefore be required to support any and all such estate. The Authority intends to award the WSM Contract in November 2025, with an expectation of an In Service Date of July 2026. These dates are indicative. The Authority reserves the right to award the Contract on the basis of the initial tender, without any negotiation. The Authority does not intend to hold negotiations as part of this Procurement, but the Authority reserves the right to negotiate if, in its sole discretion, it considers this necessary. NHS England - Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Lloyd George Record Digitialisation Services

NHS England (NHSE) are seeking to extend the existing DPS to support the national approach to the digitisation of Lloyd George records in GP practices. Corresponding TED notice reference is 2020/S 027-063375 published on 7 August 2020. The National Commercial & Procurement Hub (on behalf of NHSE) is seeking suitably experienced and qualified suppliers to join a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) as the vehicle for the procurement of digitisation services for NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICB's), and other Contracting Authorities identified on a regional or local basis. The DPS will be divided into three Categories (Lots): Lot 1 Scanning services Lot 2 Integration with foundation clinical system Lot 3 Scanning services/integration with foundation clinical system (being the aggregate subject-matter of Lots 1 and 2). Suppliers interested in performing the services covered by both Lots 1 and 2, may apply for Lot 3 in addition to applying for both Lots 1 and 2. The awarding of specific contracts will be via invitation to tender to Suppliers listed on the established DPS. Contracting Authorities will be able to use the DPS to award specific contracts by inviting suppliers listed to compete via an ITT.
