The scope of the contract is to handle claims covering:
- noise-induced hearing loss ("NIHL") claims;
- hand-arm vibration syndrome ("HAVS") claims;
- asbestosis claims;
- pleural plaques claims;
- mesotheolioma claims;
- lung cancer claims
The contract includes the option to extend up-to three times on each occasion for a period of 12 months
