The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency requires a Supplier to provide and facilitate the following Employee Benefits via an online platform: Childcare Voucher Scheme; Cycle to Work Scheme; Employee Discounts Scheme; My Gym Discounts; Payroll Giving Scheme; Reward and Recognition Scheme; Technology Smartphone Discount Scheme; Financial Wellbeing Scheme; and Dental Insurance.

Many of the services are salary-sacrifice schemes.

This requirement is a direct award from the Crown Commercial Services Single Supplier Framework RM6133.

The Growth Company (GC) is looking for a provider of an Employee Benefits Platform, which will continue to provide colleagues with a range of discounts and benefits. GC would like a reward platform that offers flexibility and an attractive range of benefits to users, as well as good value for money for GC. The benefits GC currently have with our existing platform are outlined in the tender documents and must be included within your offer, however we would like to maximise what we can provide our colleagues and therefore would like to achieve as many additional benefits to colleagues as we can.
